BTL Introduces First Wellness Device

BTL, the medical technology company best known for its non-invasive aesthetic innovations, has unveiled Exomind, its first professional device dedicated to mental and emotional wellbeing.
Exomind harnesses non-invasive electromagnetic stimulation to target regions of the brain linked to emotional regulation, cognitive function, and self-control. Building on the foundations of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), the device integrates BTL’s proprietary ExoTMS technology, designed to enhance both patient comfort and therapeutic outcomes.
Each session lasts under 30 minutes, requires no operator involvement, and promises both efficiency and comfort. The device holds CE certification for the treatment of depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, and binge eating. Clinical findings shared by BTL report encouraging results: 90 percent of patients reported improved mental wellbeing, with 77 percent noting enhanced mood and energy, 74 percent experiencing reduced stress, and 71 percent reporting better sleep. Additionally, 87 percent of patients said they gained greater control over food cravings, with those seeking weight loss losing an average of 2.3 kilograms within a month of completing treatment — achieved without direct physical body intervention.
“Exomind has come at the right time when we need treatments that will improve our patients’ emotional health and wellbeing,” said Miss Sherina Balaratnam, Aesthetics Doctor and Medical Director at S-Thetics. “Adding to my existing portfolio of BTL devices, I am now able to treat my patients beyond their aesthetic concerns, to genuinely improve their quality of life.”
Founded in 1993, BTL has grown into one of the world’s leading medical equipment manufacturers, employing more than 3,000 people across 80 countries. Its portfolio spans aesthetic and medical devices including Emsculpt Neo, Emface, and Emsella, supported by proprietary technologies that include Hifem, Hifes, and ExoTMS.
Exomind is now available at authorised BTL providers across the US and UK. UK patients can locate a provider at btlaesthetics.com, while US patients can visit bodybybtl.com.
