Cosmetic Consult: Clinic-Level Skincare, No Appointment Needed

Ashley Stobart

When Ashley Stobart set out to create Cosmetic Consult, her aim was simple: to take the kind of results-driven treatments usually found in clinics and make them effortless to use at home.

Known for her unfiltered take on beauty and aesthetics as co-host of the popular Nip Tuck podcast with Lauren Adamson, Stobart drew on her expertise as a qualified skincare professional to develop the brand’s debut product, Miracle Skin Transformation.

Priced at £39.99 ($56), Miracle Skin Transformation is a one-step, pre-soaked towelette infused with a blend of active ingredients designed to address a range of skin concerns, from acne and uneven texture to fine lines and pigmentation. Each towelette combines salicylic acid to unclog pores and exfoliate, retinyl palmitate to stimulate collagen production, and botanical actives including bakuchiol, seven-seed extract, and witch hazel to hydrate, soothe, and clarify.

“The single-step towelette format is what makes Miracle Skin Transformation so unique,” Stobart told BeautyNewsDaily. “It’s compact, mess-free, and delivers instant glow. Yes, there are other exfoliating pads out there, but there’s nothing quite like this.”

Stobart brings over 16 years of industry experience to the brand, having previously run a successful bespoke facial clinic and worked with thousands of formulations and treatments. Her deep knowledge of ingredients, combined with an understanding of what women want, laid the foundation for her first product. “I wanted to create a solution that delivered serious results but was effortless to use,” she said. “I spent years researching and testing ingredient combinations that would work in harmony to treat multiple concerns, all without being harsh.”

Cosmetic Consult

Initially launched as a direct-to-consumer brand, Cosmetic Consult quickly gained a loyal following. “Our subscription model has been a huge growth driver — we see strong repeat behaviour, which speaks volumes about how effective the product is,” she said. In July, the brand expanded to Amazon and entered brick-and-mortar retail through Lookfantastic’s Altrincham store, where it was the top-performing brand in its first month.

This August, Cosmetic Consult will introduce Miracle Skin Transformation Body Treatment, oversized dual-textured towelettes formulated to treat keratosis pilaris, body acne, ingrown hairs, dry skin, and pigmentation. “The brand has always been rooted in confidence. It’s about helping people feel their best in their own skin, and this is the natural next step,” says Stobart. The body treatment uses many of the same actives as the facial towelettes, with added soothing and refining plant extracts tailored specifically for the body.

And while industry recognition and media attention have grown, it’s the personal impact that resonates most with Stobart. “People have told me they’ve gone out in public without makeup for the first time after using the treatment, and honestly, there’s nothing more powerful than hearing that.”

Cosmetic Consult’s Miracle Skin Transformation is available online at thecosmeticconsult.co.uk, shipping to both the UK and US.
