Dr. Loretta, the US skincare brand founded by dermatologist Dr. Loretta Ciraldo, has arrived at Harvey Nichols, marking its first brick-and-mortar presence in the UK. The brand will be available at all Harvey Nichols locations, including the newly refurbished beauty hall on the ground floor of its Knightsbridge flagship.
Founded in 2018, Dr Loretta is the culmination of Ciraldo’s four decades of clinical expertise and research. Beginning her career at Harvard Medical School in the 1970s, she contributed to pioneering UV studies and the creation of the Fitzpatrick Skin Type Classification. Today, her formulations are guided by exposome theory (the principle that up to 80 percent of visible skin ageing is caused by environmental stressors such as sunlight, pollution, and lifestyle factors), resulting in a range of products designed to protect, repair, and strengthen skin against real-world challenges.

The Barrier Repair Gel Cream offers a microbiome-friendly, fragrance-free option to calm redness and smooth texture.
For targeted care, the Tightening Eye Gel harnesses Chromabright to reduce dark circles while defending the delicate eye area from future damage. The Anti-Aging Repair Serum delivers a potent vitamin C complex to boost collagen and even tone. Our final favourite in the lineup is the Universal Glow Daily Defense Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30, a lightweight multitasker that works as moisturiser, antioxidant shield, and broad-spectrum protection in one.
