Haut.AI Introduces Deep C.A.R.E.

Artificial intelligence (AI) beauty brand Haut.AI, has introduced Deep C.A.R.E., an advanced skincare recommendation system designed to refine how consumers discover new products.
Founded in Estonia in 2018, Haut.AI develops AI-driven tools that support beauty brands and retailers in enhancing the customer experience through scientifically informed insights. By blending machine learning with dermatological expertise, the SaaS company is reimagining personalisation in skincare, with an emphasis on precision, accessibility, and transparency.
At the heart of Deep C.A.R.E. — which stands for Context-Aware AI Recommendation Engine — is a product-tagging engine built by Haut.AI’s in-house team. Unlike conventional systems, which often rely on broad categories like ‘dry’ or ‘oily’, this model draws on nuanced skin profiling and multi-dimensional product metadata to reflect the complexity of real-world concerns. It factors in variables such as tone, texture, and evolving conditions shaped by lifestyle or environment.
“AI adoption in beauty is growing rapidly, but so is skepticism about its reliability,” said Anastasia Georgievskaya, CEO of Haut.AI. “We saw a clear need for more transparent and easily understood AI recommendations.”
Each recommendation is accompanied by clear reasoning, grounded in data and dermatological context, giving users insight into why a product suits them, not just that it does. “Consumers receive recommendations that feel more personal and are supported by clear science-backed logic. It brings AI skincare closer to an in-person consultation — where skin is assessed, individual concerns are identified and explained, and tailored product recommendations are offered,” said Georgievskaya.
Crucially, Deep C.A.R.E. goes beyond one-size-fits-all categorisation. It can, for example, distinguish between different presentations of dry skin — whether dryness paired with acne or with pigmentation issues — and adjust its guidance accordingly. The system also evolves in real time, adapting to changes in skin condition and product usage.
Beyond the individual user experience, Deep C.A.R.E. offers strategic value for brands. By analysing patterns in user behaviour and identifying gaps in existing ranges, it provides actionable insight into emerging consumer needs. For instance, a surge in searches for under-eye care without corresponding product matches could prompt targeted innovation.
The system is also continuously updated, with new products and ingredient information added regularly to ensure both users and brands have access to the most relevant and accurate insights available.
