Inora Launches With Liquid Supplements

Inora Liquid Supplements

Inora, a new luxury wellness brand developed by medical experts, has launched to counter what it calls the endless cycle of capsules and powders that overpromise but underdeliver.

According to the brand, many traditional supplements are overloaded, hard to absorb, or inconvenient. Its alternative is doctor formulated and guided by a PhD-led advisory board: liquid supplements designed to be clean, purposeful, and in sync with the body and schedule.

Unlike capsules, powders, and sachets — formats that, in some cases, can deliver only 10–20% of their nutrients — liquids are available to the body immediately without needing to disintegrate first. Tablets and standard capsules must break down, then dissolve, and they often include binders, coatings, and fillers that can slow or limit uptake. Because liquids don’t rely on this process, they bypass many digestive delays and are absorbed faster and more completely. Some clinical studies suggest absorption rates of up to 85–90%, representing a significant leap on standard capsule formats.

To further optimise uptake, Inora uses liposomal delivery, which encapsulates nutrients in microscopic lipid spheres (liposomes) that shield actives through the digestive tract and enhance passage into the bloodstream. The result is higher bioavailability and more of each nutrient reaching the cells where it can be used effectively.

“At Inora, integrity is fundamental. My role is to ensure that every statement, every ingredient, and every piece of education we provide is accurate, evidence-based, and clear,” said Dr. Chandra Ratnam, Inora’s Chief Medical Officer. “In doing so, we deliver more than formulas; we deliver knowledge people can rely on.”

Inora Liquid Supplements

The brand launches with three supplements, each the result of three years of research and more than 40 sample iterations.

  • Wake Up Call is a morning supplement designed to provide energy and focus without the use of caffeine. Flavoured with blood orange and lemon verbena, the liquid contains ginseng, gotu kola, and methylcobalamin (a biologically active form of vitamin B12), actives chosen for their ability to support mitochondrial health, cognitive clarity, and sustained alertness, without the energy crashes associated with other stimulants.
  • Marathon, Not a Sprint is the brand’s midday formula aimed at cellular repair and longevity support. Combining sour cherry and hibiscus for flavour, the blend includes nicotinamide riboside, vitamin C, and lion’s mane mushroom. Together, these actives are intended to contribute to energy metabolism, support the body’s antioxidant defences, and promote neuroprotective benefits.
  • Was It All a Dream? is an evening supplement formulated to promote restorative sleep and overnight recovery. Peppermint and fennel give the liquid a clean, herbal profile, while L-theanine, ecklonia cava (a polyphenol-rich seaweed extract), and passionflower are included for their calming, stress-reducing, and sleep-enhancing properties.

Each bottle (£59) provides 25 servings and can be taken directly or diluted in water or juice. Formulated by doctors, third-party tested, and produced with clinically validated ingredients in GMP-certified labs, the formulas are vegan, gluten-free, and compliant with UK, EU, and US regulations.
