Inside L’Oréal Professionnel’s New Global Creative Collective
L’Oréal Professionnel has just introduced its very first collective of Global Creative Contributors — a dream team of international hairstylists and colourists who will help shape the future of the brand.
These contributors each bring something unique to the table, covering everything from salon work and education to celebrity styling, editorial shoots, backstage magic, and social media influence.
“With the Global Creative Contributors, we partner with the industry’s most innovative and avant-garde talents worldwide — not as ambassadors, but as contributors,” says Claire Le Bleis, Global Brand President, L’Oréal Professionnel. “As a brand driven by innovation and market-making, our ambition is to explore what’s ahead of the curve and help shape the future of professional hair.”
Together with L’Oréal Professionnel’s in-house team, the collective will co-create content, professional training, events, and brand storytelling — a collaboration that goes beyond standard endorsement.
Here’s a quick look at who’s in the lineup:
Ben Gregory is a British session stylist and colourist whose work shows up in major editorials, runways, and campaigns. This includes Vogue editions worldwide, alongside big fashion houses like Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, and Dolce & Gabbana. He’s also behind some massive pop-culture hair moments — including Dua Lipa’s viral Cherry Cola shade and Ryan Gosling’s post-Barbie refresh.
Jacob Habib Khan is an American hairdresser whose funny, educational Instagram content has earned him nearly a million followers. He makes advanced techniques feel approachable, mixing teaching, performance, and real community-building to help both emerging and established stylists.
French creative Kevin Jacotot moves easily between fashion, film, and art. He’s done shows for Weinsanto, Charles de Vilmorin, Pressiat, and Paul & Joe, plus music videos like La Femme’s ‘Cool Colorado’ and Lenny Kravitz’s ‘Let It Ride’.
A contributing Beauty Editor at Dazed, Cyndia Harvey connects fashion, culture, and inclusive beauty. After training under Sam McKnight and spending her early career focused on afro hair, she’s gone on to style icons like Naomi Campbell, FKA twigs, Kendrick Lamar, and Frank Ocean. Her editorial work spans British Vogue, Vogue Italia, i-D, W Magazine, and Self Service.
Min Kim is a New York-based master colourist and global educator who’s trained over 300,000 stylists in 20 countries. She’s all about precise colour work and education that actually empowers people, blending high-end artistry with real business smarts to inspire the next generation.
Devi Mark is a French-American hairstylist, international teacher, and owner of Devi Mark Hair. With millions of views on Instagram and TikTok, he pushes ‘slower beauty’, a trend that sees him ditch the rush of typical salon life for more time, craft, and genuine client connection.
Named one of Dazed’s 100 culture-shifting people worldwide, Malcolm Marquez is recognised for work grounded in creativity, skill, and cultural relevance. He’s also a go-to stylist for major figures like Rihanna, Doechii, Christina Aguilera, Tyla, Kali Uchis, and Quenlin Blackwell.
Washington Nunnes is one of the most admired names in contemporary beauty. His concept salon in São Paulo fuses art and technique with a signature Brazilian flair that’s making waves globally in education and beyond.
Splitting time between New York and LA, Brandon Pietsch creates hair that feels expensive, effortless, and personalised, rather than overworked. He works with a roster of high-profile clients, including Ariana Grande — most recently taking her from blonde to a rich brunette for this year’s Critics’ Choice Awards.
Adina Pignatare is an American stylist and educator with nearly two decades in the industry, including five years as a L’Oréal Professionnel advocate. She specialises in dimensional colour and balayage and is a Modern Salon Top 100 honouree.
Cesar Deleon Ramirez was raised in his family’s salon between New York and Puerto Rico. His work, which is described as merging shape, structure, sexiness, and artistic allure, has landed on countless covers including Vogue, W, Harper’s Bazaar, and Vanity Fair. He’s also worked with Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian, Karol G, and Ciara, and has been behind some of the most memorable Met Gala looks.
Celebrity colourist and educator Jack Martin is known globally for expert colour correction and grey-blending — creating dramatic transformations that have earned him a huge following across TikTok and Instagram.
Internationally recognised Indian hairstylist Amit Thakur founded Mane Masters, an education platform for stylists everywhere. His work has appeared in Vogue India, Vogue Italia, ELLE, and Harper’s Bazaar, and has also been spotted in Cannes, Milan Fashion Week, and the Met Gala.
Jawara Wauchope is the Senior Beauty Editor-at-Large at i-D Magazine, but the hairstylist’s career has covered editorial, runway, and cultural commentary. His A-list clients include Beyoncé, Rihanna, Dua Lipa, Naomi Campbell, and Bella Hadid, plus houses like Dior, Gucci, Chanel, and Hermès.
The final member of the collective is New York-based stylist Mustafa Yanaz who is famous for intricate, almost surreal designs that have led to collaborations with Versace, Jacquemus, Chanel, and Givenchy. His editorial credits include Vogue, W, i-D, and Self Service, and his self-published zines treat hair like sculptural art.
This list of creative contributors reads less like a traditional brand roster and more like a cross-section of contemporary hair culture — where fashion, celebrity, education, and digital influence collide. For L’Oréal Professionnel, the message is clear: the future of professional hair will be built collaboratively.
