Founded by sisters Jessica and Lucie Nelson, this platform extends beyond traditional exercise routines, offering a holistic wellness hub that marries physical health with mindfulness and balanced nutrition.

Olivia Rose Pilates aims to counter the fast pace of modern life, providing an online space where users can engage in Pilates, receive nutrition advice, and access mindfulness resources. The platform is tailored to both beginners and experienced Pilates enthusiasts, making holistic wellness accessible and manageable for a wide audience.
