Never Go Alone Expands into Luxury Hospitality
Never Go Alone has just checked into the world of luxury hospitality, bringing a five-star take on self-care to The Chancery Rosewood in London. The wellness brand’s partnership with the hotel introduces its signature mix of skincare science, craftsmanship, and mindful design to one of the capital’s most elegant addresses.
Founded by Nga Nguyen and Carl Adelson in 2020, Never Go Alone is known for its refillable essentials that combine design and purpose. Each formula is made with Somerset botanicals grown on the brand’s biodynamic apothecary farm in the Glastonbury Zodiac — a landscape long linked to natural energy and renewal. Ingredients such as rose and rosemary are harvested in line with the lunar calendar, a small but deliberate nod to the brand’s slow-beauty philosophy.
For Rosewood guests, the brand has created a bespoke line of amenities inspired by British craft and modern restraint. The porcelain bottles echo the hotel’s Portland stone façade and carry the house Sandstone scent — mint, eucalyptus, cedarwood, and cardamom — crisp and mineral, made to reset the senses.
Inside are everyday staples: Hand Wash, Body Lotion, Mineral Salt Soak, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath Oil, and an Olive Oil & Clay Bar. The soak blends magnesium salts, seaweed, and calendula to help muscles unwind. The rosemary-infused haircare duo strengthens with amino acids and sea salt, while the bar cleanses without stripping thanks to its creamy clay base.
Refillable packaging, vegan formulas, and a strict no-single-use-plastic policy run through the line. Every detail aims to make daily rituals more grounded and good for the planet.
Never Go Alone is available at nevergoalone.com, and a curated edit of the Rosewood collection can be found at the hotel’s Asaya Boutique.
