The EDITION Unveils The Longevity Spa at Lake Como
Edition Hotels has revealed The Longevity Spa — a new science-led wellness destination set to open inside its new Lake Como hotel.
Launching in March 2026, The Lake Como Edition occupies a restored 19th-century palazzo in Cadenabbia, with 148 rooms, including 25 suites and two penthouses, plus a lineup of dining concepts, among them the first Italian restaurant from three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco.
Created in collaboration with The Longevity Suite — a European network of biohacking and anti-ageing city clinics — The Longevity Spa is designed to move beyond the classic spa playbook. Think advanced diagnostics, high-performance biohacking technologies, and restorative hands-on therapies that support cellular regeneration, metabolic balance, and mental clarity.
Facilities include an indoor vitality pool overlooking the lake, plunge pools, Finnish and herbal saunas, a steam room, a Turkish bath, outdoor relaxation terraces set within Mediterranean greenery, and seven treatment rooms, among them a couple’s suite.
Signature treatments, which incorporate products from spa partner Le Labo, include the Iki-Sabi Ritual, an experience rooted in two Japanese philosophies — Ikigai and Wabi-Sabi. This ritual features a remineralising seaweed wrap and a blend of fermented rice water and silk powder, followed by a silk cocoon facial massage and soft bodywork. The Skin Glow Experience begins with a longevity skin assessment before moving into a full-body detox and targeted facial. The Ultimate Biohacking is a regenerative protocol combining dry float therapy, LED light therapy, and hydrogen oxygen therapy, designed to support sleep, immunity, reduced inflammation, and collagen production.
Elsewhere on the menu are advanced face and body treatments such as the Cryofacial Hydrashine, which pairs local cryotherapy with an oxygenating mask to target collagen and elastin production, and the Cool Dren & Toning treatment, combining targeted cryotherapy with skin icing massage to support circulation. The treatment options then move into more diagnostic and restorative territory — spanning DNA and gut microbiome testing, cortisol analysis, cold-exposure therapies, and curated sleep and detox programmes.
The hotel’s wellness offering is rounded out by a 150 sqm fitness studio outfitted with Technogym equipment, plus seasonal experiences such as sunrise lakeside yoga and guided hikes through the surrounding mountains.
The Longevity Spa opens in March 2026, with bookings now available via editionhotels.com.
