Prequel Announces Skin Health Advisory Board
Prequel is doubling down on the education side of skincare with a new Skin Health Advisory Board. Founded by dermatologist Dr Samantha Ellis, the brand has brought together eight experts spanning dermatology, skin of colour, pigmentation, skin cancer, clinical research, and cosmetic chemistry. The group will help shape Prequel’s educational content, weigh in on skin health topics and trends, and contribute to product and community initiatives as the brand continues to grow.
Puma Signs Fragrance Licence With Interparfums
Puma is getting a new fragrance line, with Interparfums signing a global licence to create, produce, and distribute scents under the sportswear brand’s name. The agreement runs until 2037, with the first launch expected in 2027. Puma has previously worked with L’Oréal and Procter & Gamble on fragrance and beauty, while Interparfums will now take over the category for its next chapter.
Anabel Kingsley Launches First Haircare Book
Anabel Kingsley has put her trichology know-how into a new book. Haircare: The Ultimate Guide covers the big questions people actually have about their hair, from how often to wash it and whether you can “train” it, to hair loss, hormones, stress, nutrition, and the reality behind supplements and so-called miracle growth claims. It’s Kingsley’s first book and draws on her work as a consultant trichologist and Brand President at Philip Kingsley.
Fazit Drops Glitter Patches for Pets
Fazit is taking its viral glitter patches into slightly unexpected territory: pets. The brand has launched Fazit Pets, a new line of temporary glitter patches designed so owners and their animals can match. Each product has been independently verified by a veterinary professional for pet safety, according to the brand. The launch also ties in with National Dog Week, with a portion of proceeds going to the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center’s Community Funds to support animals and families in need.
Boots Brings No7 to TikTok Shop
Boots is launching on TikTok Shop on 28 September, starting with a curated edit of No7 skincare and makeup. The first drop will include products from the Pro Artist, Good Intent, and Prime Forever ranges, with more brands and products due to follow. Boots is also kicking things off with a live shopping event, where viewers will be able to shop the featured No7 products directly and access exclusive offers.
Austrian Skincare Brand Ringana Heads to the US
Ringana is launching in the US this November, bringing its freshly made skincare, supplements, and wellness products across the Atlantic for the first time. The Austrian brand does things a little differently, producing in small batches, keeping shelf lives short, and formulating without traditional preservatives. It’s also putting serious money behind the move, with an $85 million investment planned for a new US headquarters and production site in Roanoke, Virginia.
Meliá Brings Wellness Hub to Fuerteventura
Meliá is putting Fuerteventura on the wellness-travel map with a new concept that lets you build the kind of retreat you actually want. Its new Wellness Hub links two hotels — Paradisus Fuerteventura and the recently opened ZEL Fuerteventura — so you can mix more active days with slower ones. Think run clubs, cycling, barre, HIIT, and water sports at ZEL, then yoga, breathwork, meditation, Ayurveda, and spa time at Paradisus. Guests can move between the two through day passes and shared programming.
