Beyond Patches: Starface Expands Its Skincare Line

Starface Star Wash Star Cream

Starface, TikTok’s favourite acne-friendly beauty brand, is expanding its skincare range with the launch of two new products: the Star Wash + Salicylic Acid cleanser and Star Cream + Salicylic Acid moisturiser.

Founded in 2019 by former Elle beauty editor Julie Schott and entrepreneur Brian Bordainick, Starface was created to transform pimple treatments into a more fun and shame-free experience. Soon after its launch, the brand went viral with its bestselling Hydro-Star Pimple Patches—the now-famous yellow star sticker that offers treatment on one side and self-expression on the other.

Now, Starface is bringing its breakout-busting expertise to skincare. Designed specifically for acne-prone and sensitive skin, the new cleanser and moisturiser—both priced at £12.99 ($15.99)—build on the beloved formula found in the Hydro-Star + Salicylic Acid Pimple Patches.

  • Star Wash + Salicylic Acid: an oil-free foaming cleanser that gently removes dirt, makeup, and oil while helping to minimise breakouts and unclog pores. The microplastic-free formula features salicylic acid, hyaluronic acid, and glycerin, which work together to reduce excess oil, calm redness, and hydrate the skin.
  • Star Cream + Salicylic Acid: a lightweight, hydrating moisturiser that combats breakouts with soothing niacinamide, hydrating hyaluronic acid, and blemish-clearing salicylic acid. The oil-free formula absorbs effortlessly and sits comfortably on the skin, leaving behind only a fresh, dewy finish.

The duo is now available at starfaceworld.co.uk in the UK and starface.world in the US.
