Chantecaille Appoints Tennille Kopiasz as New CEO

Luxury skincare and cosmetics brand Chantecaille has named Tennille Kopiasz as its new CEO. 

Kopiasz brings more than 25 years of beauty marketing experience spanning prestige, designer, and mass brands. Her background includes both global development and US operational roles, with deep expertise in skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, and hair.

Most recently, Kopiasz served as CEO of Blue Mistral, leading Fekkai and Bastide under Cornell Capital. Before that, she held senior roles at LVMH, including global chief marketing officer of Fresh and senior vice president of marketing at Dior North America. Her career also includes leadership positions at Coty and L’Oréal USA, covering a broad range of brands, categories, and roles.

Additionally, Kopiasz is an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology, teaching Leadership and mentoring future beauty talent and female leaders. She will report to Oswald Barckhahn, Chantecaille executive board member, and will lead the brand from its global headquarters in New York.

Founded in 1997 by Sylvie Chantecaille, the brand — which offers skincare, makeup, and fragrance — is known for blending high-performance science with natural botanicals. Family-run and rooted in philanthropy, it has built a reputation for clean formulations free from controversial ingredients and for supporting global conservation efforts through cause-driven collections.

In the UK, Chantecaille is stocked at Space NK, Harrods, and lookfantastic.com, and in the US at Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom.
