Ellie Goulding Launches Everystate

British singer-songwriter and longtime health advocate Ellie Goulding is entering the wellness space with the launch of Everystate, a science-led brand co-founded with health food expert Gemma Feare and industry innovator Jonathan Relph. Relph, who previously founded wellness ventures Vitl and Living Things, brings extensive operational experience, while Feare’s background in food innovation gives the brand functional credibility.

Designed to make functional mushrooms more accessible, Everystate marks a fresh take on everyday self-care.

“I’ve always been passionate about looking after my wellness, and functional mushrooms were a game changer for me,” said Goulding. “With Everystate, we’ve taken something that’s often overlooked and turned it into something beautifully simple and accessible. It’s wellness that actually fits into your life.”

Everystate advocates for ‘simplified wellness’, an intentionally pared-back approach that prioritises ease and daily integration. “Functional ingredients don’t need to feel intimidating,” said Feare, who previously held roles at MOJU and Pollen + Grace. “No over-the-top claims. No judgement. Just intentional products designed to be easy. We’re not interested in quick fixes — we wanted to bring wellness into people’s daily routine in a seamless way.”

The launch comes at a time when interest in holistic wellbeing continues to rise. While the global functional mushroom market is projected to reach $76 billion by 2033, 78% of Brits remain unfamiliar with their benefits. With only one in three Gen Zs reporting a sense of holistic wellness, Everystate aims to close the knowledge gap with practical and more approachable solutions.

The brand debuts with three purpose-driven blends: Arabica Coffee, Matcha, and Cacao, each formulated to support both body and mind. Featuring mushrooms such as lion’s mane, cordyceps, reishi, and tremella, the blends are paired with magnesium, zinc, and B vitamins to deliver targeted benefits in a more indulgent format.

Each mushroom blend offers a distinct benefit:
