Los Angeles-based beauty brand Kosas Cosmetics, popular for its skincare-infused makeup, is reportedly considering a potential sale. According to WWD, the brand is said to have hired investment bank North Point to explore options.

Founded in 2015 by Sheena Zadeh-Daly, Kosas Cosmetics has become a prominent name in the clean cosmetics category, having gained mainstream popularity in 2021 when its Revealer Concealer went viral on TikTok.

Kosas Cosmetics is considered a pioneer in integrating skincare into makeup products, with its Revealer Concealer, Wet Lip Oil Gloss, and Plump + Juicy Vegan Collagen Spray-On Serum each garnering widespread acclaim.

The brand’s growth has been strengthened by strategic investments from notable firms, including CircleUp Growth Partners, Imaginary Ventures, Beechwood Capital, VMG, Stripes Group, and Scooter Braun’s TQ Ventures. With its products stocked in major retailers like Cult Beauty, Goop, Mecca, and Credo, Kosas has reported net sales of around $75 million and is expected to surpass $120 million this year.
