Le Petit Saint Arrives in London

Le Petit Saint is London’s newest aesthetic destination — and the sister to Australia’s much-loved All Saint Clinic, founded by aesthetic physician Dr. Joseph Hkeik.

Now open in Mayfair, the clinic introduces a treatment philosophy built on natural refinement and a more human, considered approach to aesthetic care.

The treatment menu includes holistic consultations, advanced injectables, innovative facials, technology-led skin health programmes, plus next-generation wellness technology such as the i-Dome, Nap Pods, and a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. The concept is simple: aesthetics and wellbeing should sit together, not compete, and the whole experience is built around that view of personalised care.

As for Le Petit Saint’s interior, you wouldn’t be wrong for thinking you’d mistakenly stepped into one of the capital’s luxury hotels — it is that beautiful. It has been designed in collaboration with Australian architect and interior designer Blainey North and blends sculptural architecture with a soft, almost residential comfort. Across five levels, the material palette shifts between resin, paper, wood, clay, and stone to give each floor a slightly different textural feel.

Even the details are intentionally pared back: timber floors, pink-and-grey herringbone textiles, bespoke rugs, and a curved timber-and-leather reception desk that anchors the entrance. A two-storey glass void washed in ombre clay forms the central moment, framing Christopher Boots’ suspended quartz crystal Wings of Pegasus. There are also custom furniture pieces, silk-fringed sconces, and paper artist Andy Singleton’s ceiling roses, all contributing to a calm, gallery-like atmosphere that is anything but clinical.

With more than 25 years of aesthetic experience, Dr. Hkeik is known for meticulous, natural-looking results and a philosophy focused on enhancing individuality. He founded All Saint Clinic in Sydney, now a recognised name in cosmetic medicine and wellness, with locations in Double Bay, North Parramatta, and Mosman.

The team at Le Petit Saint follows Dr. Hkeik’s approach. Cosmetic doctors and dermal therapists work with patients through personalised treatment plans, and several are active trainers within the industry.
