Sarah Chapman Launches Longevity Division
Sarah Chapman has announced the launch of Sarah Chapman Longevity — a new division focused on functional medicine, diagnostics, and long-term health optimisation.
Longevity has been introduced to complement the Chelsea clinic’s other services, which include dermatology, injectables, and advanced aesthetic services. It reflects a growing belief that skin performance, ageing, and recovery are closely tied to internal systems including hormones, metabolism, and the gut.
The division will be led by Dr Miriam Mikicki and Elena Rolt, both recognised for their work in functional and nutritional medicine. Their programmes are built around uncovering and addressing underlying imbalances — from inflammation and hormone disruption to microbiome dysfunction — through personalised, preventative plans.
Dr Mikicki, one of the early adopters of functional medicine in the UK and the only UK-based practitioner certified by the International Board of Functional Medicine, is experienced in hormone therapy, peptides, and anti-ageing. Rolt’s expertise lies in nutritional biochemistry and microbiome science, with a particular focus on how gut health and inflammation influence skin, immunity, and energy.
According to the experts, the emphasis is on earlier intervention rather than symptom management. “We’ve created a bespoke panel of the newest available blood and functional tests to provide a detailed assessment of health markers far beyond traditional GP testing,” they say. “Our goal is to detect imbalance before it manifests as illness — turning insight into intelligent, preventive care.”
Chapman’s decision to bring longevity services into the clinic was informed by personal experience as well as clinical alignment. “I have had the privilege of being a patient of Dr Miriam for around 4 years and totally understand the approach of longevity in long-term health optimisation,” she says. “I believe this sits alongside skincare and lifestyle in a way like never before. As a clinic we are so happy to be able to share this insight and introduce Miriam and Elena to our clients to support skin health, wellbeing, and optimum health.”
Each Longevity programme starts with an in-depth consultation addressing health history, lifestyle, and concerns. From there, advanced blood testing, functional diagnostics, and gut analysis inform a plan designed to tackle fatigue, hormonal imbalance, sleep issues, inflammation, and skin reactivity. Programmes include gut microbiome analysis, hormone mapping, and comprehensive blood testing covering more than 100 health markers — all evaluated against optimal ranges to identify subtle early dysfunctions.
Treatments are now available in clinic. Appointments will soon be bookable online at sarahchapman.com.
