Victoria Beckham Beauty Announces New CEO

Lauren Edelman CEO Victoria Beckham Beauty

Victoria Beckham Beauty has appointed Lauren Edelman as its new CEO. She replaces Katia Beauchamp, who is stepping down after more than two years in the role.

Edelman joined the British beauty brand in May 2023 as Global Chief Marketing Officer. She previously held leadership roles at Rose Inc and Chanel, as well as earlier senior marketing positions at L’Oréal and Bourjois. In her new position, she’ll be focused on driving the company’s next phase of growth and innovation.

Beauchamp, co-founder of Birchbox and CEW board member, joined Victoria Beckham Beauty in August 2022 after leaving Birchbox and selling her remaining stake in the brand in 2021. Under her leadership, she led the brand’s expansion into fragrance and introduced a subscription model for its skincare and makeup lines.

In October 2024, Victoria Beckham Beauty launched its fourth fragrance, 21:50 Rêverie, along with a skincare-infused concealer pen developed in collaboration with Augustinus Bader. In 2025, Victoria Beckham’s eagerly-awaited Netflix documentary series will premiere, following the entrepreneur’s life and career.
