Allies of Skin Raises $20 Million
Allies of Skin, the science-led skincare brand, has announced a $20 million investment from Meaningful Partners.
According to a statement, the funds will go towards supporting Allies of Skin’s entrance into the US market across the digital and retail landscapes. It will further marketing efforts, drive new product research and development, and help build a US-based team.
Founded by Nicolas Travis in 2016, the Singapore-based brand was born from a mission to make beauty more human and give everyone access to clinical-grade skincare. Favoured by celebrities that include Kaia Gerber, January Jones, Rose Byrne, Phoebe Dynevor, and Henry Golding (an early investor in the brand), Allies of Skin creates state-of-the-art formulas to help make clinical-grade skincare available to everyone. The brand is currently available in 36 countries and 800+ retail stores, including Space NK, MECCA, Sephora, Dermstore, and cultbeauty.co.uk.
