Lashify Teams Up With Celebrity MUA Ernesto Casillas
Lashify has brought celebrity makeup artist Ernesto Casillas on board as its new brand ambassador. Casillas, who works with Zendaya and Jennifer Lopez, will be sharing tutorials, lash maps, and some of the tricks he uses for red-carpet looks. He’s also curated an Ernesto Edit on lashify.com featuring his favourite Gossamer lash looks and application essentials.
OneSkin Adds a Rich Cream to Its Skin Longevity Lineup
OneSkin has launched a richer version of its face cream, this time with age-related dryness firmly in focus. OS-01 Face Rich Cream combines the brand’s proprietary OS-01 Peptide with a dual-phase hydration system designed to support firmness, resilience, and longer-lasting moisture. In a six-week study of 29 people aged 43 to 65, 93% said their skin retained hydration better throughout the day, while 97% saw a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Pvolve and Jennifer Aniston Launch Strength Programme
Pvolve is putting a bigger focus on strength training with its new Movement Longevity programme fronted by Jennifer Aniston. The idea is to build strength, mobility, and stability with ageing in mind, rather than treating exercise as a short-term fix. Alongside a new report on women’s attitudes to weight training, the brand is also launching a 30-day training plan created with Aniston and trainer Dani Coleman, which will be available through Pvolve’s on-demand platform.
Nailberry Launches First LED-Curing Manicure System
Nailberry has launched BioGlow, its first LED-curing manicure system and a new option for anyone who wants a salon-style finish without using traditional gel. The 65% naturally derived, bio-sourced formula cures under LED light for a hard, glossy finish but is free from TPO, as well as HEMA and other monomers. Nuxe Names Christine Delfaut-Sara New CEO
Nuxe is getting a new CEO, with Christine Delfaut-Sara stepping into the role on 1 October. She’s already a familiar face at the French skincare brand, having joined in 2019, and brings more than 30 years of beauty industry experience from roles at Beiersdorf and Yves Rocher. Delfaut-Sara takes over from Muriel Koch, who has led Nuxe for the past eight years.
By the Beach Lands in London — But You’ll Need a Boarding Pass
By the Beach Suncare is finally launching in the UK, with one major catch: you need to book a flight first. The fragrance-first SPF brand has landed at London Heathrow as part of a wider travel retail expansion that also includes Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Oceania Cruises, and Atlanta Airport. The London airport assortment includes its SPF30 Face & Body Creams and Dry Oils in Citrus Crush, Candy Clouds, and Melon Daze.
Sonara Is Opening London’s First Fine Bathing & Dining Club
A new bathing and wellness club is coming to London later this year. Sonara will open on King’s Road in Chelsea with a mix of communal bathing, treatments, recovery spaces, and dining spread across two floors. The centrepiece is a traditional banya, with a hammam, snow room, cold plunge, floating room, and hyperbaric oxygen chamber. There’ll also be a restaurant where guests can dine in their robes, plus four private suites with their own bathing and relaxation spaces. Memberships and day access will both be available.
