Biolage Taps Pamela Anderson as Its First Global Ambassador

Biolage has announced a major new partnership with Pamela Anderson, the brand’s most high-profile collaboration in over three decades, and the first time Anderson has fronted a haircare campaign.
The announcement follows Biolage’s recent brand relaunch, which underscored its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and self-care. The update introduced enhancements across every aspect of its vegan, cruelty-free haircare range — from improved ingredients and formulas to strengthened sustainability credentials and newly redesigned eco-friendly packaging.
Founded in 1990 by visionary hairdresser Arnie Miller, Biolage was built on the belief that the natural beauty of hair should be nourished through the fusion of nature and science. That founding philosophy continues to shape the brand today, with a renewed focus on self-care rituals, both in and out of the salon. The Professional Hair Spa range is designed to De-Stress, Re-Store, and Re-New, featuring high-performance formulas powered by precision-dosed concentrates that promote healthy hair and holistic wellbeing.
The partnership feels like a natural alignment for Anderson, long celebrated for her advocacy for animal rights and commitment to clean living.
“Pamela is a global icon whose confident, realistic take on beauty has always inspired us. Grounded in who she is, she perfectly represents Biolage’s mission of self-discovery and authentic beauty. Her journey to reconnect with the most meaningful parts of herself has transformed us from fans into true admirers,” said Michael Sanchez, VP Global Marketing, Biolage. “A true collaboration, our first campaign together brings these ideals to life in a way that resonates with anyone, anywhere, at any age. Alongside Pamela, we’re excited to strip away the noise and help our community find clarity and purpose through intentional self-care,” Sanchez continued.
Anderson, who recently received Golden Globe and SAG Award nominations for her leading role in The Last Showgirl, remains firmly in the midst of a career renaissance. She is set to appear opposite Liam Neeson in Paramount’s upcoming Naked Gun reboot, and will also star in the Williamstown Theatre Festival’s production of Camino Real. Later this year, she will appear in Rosebush Pruning, directed by Karim Aïnouz and featuring an ensemble cast including Riley Keough, Callum Turner, Elle Fanning, Jamie Bell, Lucas Gage, and Tracy Letts. This will be followed by Place to Be, directed by Kornel Mondruczó, in which she stars alongside Ellen Burstyn and Taika Waititi.
“At this point in my life and career, it’s exciting to find a brand that aligns perfectly with my values,” says Anderson. “Biolage is a vegan, cruelty-free, sustainable brand that I can feel good about partnering with – plus, I love the products! It truly is a dream collaboration for me.”
Anderson’s debut campaign for Biolage launches on 2 June and will spotlight the best-selling Hydra Source collection and the new Full Rescue line, which features micro-dosed concentrates formulated for optimal restoration.
In the UK, Biolage is stocked at Boots and lookfantastic.com, while US customers can find the brand at CVS and Ulta Beauty.
