Introducing Juläine: The Next-Generation Collagen-Stimulating Injectable

Juläine Injectable

Swedish biotech innovator Nordberg Medical has officially entered the UK, introducing Juläine, an advanced injectable collagen stimulator designed to deliver natural-looking, long-lasting results with minimal downtime.

Founded in 2017, Nordberg Medical has built its reputation on a distinctive research and development platform, pioneering regenerative biomaterial science.

“It’s an exciting time for the Nordberg team as we continue our global expansion into the UK,” said Hannah Nolan, Commercial Director. “I believe that, in Juläine, we have a product that really meets market demands for more natural collagen-regenerative aesthetic solutions, whilst providing a strong safety profile and long-lasting results.”

Juläine is a biocompatible, biodegradable collagen stimulator developed using Nordberg’s proprietary LaSynPro (Lactic-Acid Induced Synthesis of Collagen Protein) biomaterial-microsphere technology. Positioned as an alternative to products like Sculptra, the new injectable offers a unique approach to rejuvenation, delivering visible results that may last for up to 24 months. It works by stimulating the body’s natural collagen production, rather than delivering the kind of immediate plumping effect you’d achieve with traditional hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. Typically administered over the course of three sessions, Juläine works to improve skin texture, elasticity, and firmness over time, supporting gradual yet noticeable facial rejuvenation.

Designed to address mid-face volume loss, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines, Juläine is especially suited for patients seeking non-surgical solutions to facial ageing. It is also gaining attention as a viable option for individuals experiencing significant fat loss, including those suffering from post-Ozempic volume loss and skin laxity.

Juläine features a controlled biodegradation process for smooth, natural integration into the skin, delivering refined, youthful results without stiffness or overcorrection. In addition, its smooth, uniform shape and optimised particle design allow for seamless integration into the skin, ensuring a safe procedure with minimal risk of inflammation or granuloma formation — a rare reaction that causes small lumps to develop under the skin.

“The trend now is achieving the best version of ourselves without overfilling our faces,” said Aesthetic Doctor Cristina Chantada. “With Juläine, you can witness natural results and a skin-tightening effect. The safety of the product is the best thing about Juläine, together with easy usability and quick reconstitution. Juläine is a game changer in aesthetic medicine.”

Juläine is available at selected clinics across the UK, with courses starting from £1,750. For more information visit julaineofsweden.com. News regarding a US launch has yet to be announced.
