Tata Harper Skincare Appoints Global Brand President
Tata Harper Skincare has named Shay Bennaim as its inaugural Global Brand President, a strategic move coinciding with the brand’s integration into Amorepacific’s portfolio.
Bennaim brings extensive expertise in the prestige beauty industry, with notable roles at L’Oréal, Coty, and most recently Estée Lauder, where he served as General Manager of Le Labo. His background also reflects a strong affinity for startup innovation, having spearheaded e-commerce for bath and body disruptor Level Naturals and launched men’s grooming globally for the boutique bodycare brand Das Boom Industries. In his new role, Bennaim will lead the strategic vision for Tata Harper Skincare and streamline its global commercial operations.

Tata Harper, who co-founded the brand in 2010 alongside her husband Henry, will step down from her role as President to become Co-Founder and Brand Ambassador. She will now lend her voice to the brand’s storytelling efforts, participate in product development, represent the brand at key events, and champion philanthropic initiatives.

Since its founding, Tata Harper Skincare has been a pioneer in the clean beauty movement, offering high-performance, luxury, all-natural skincare formulations. The brand’s bestselling products, including the Resurfacing Serum, Regenerating Cleanser, and Water Lock Moisturizer, are available globally through prestigious retailers such as Sephora, Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, Space NK, Selfridges, and Oh My Cream.
In 2022, it was announced that South Korean beauty giant, Amorepacific, had acquired the brand for an undisclosed sum. This partnership is expected to bolster the brand’s innovation pipeline, leveraging Amorepacific’s advanced R&D capabilities, while also expanding Tata Harper Skincare’s presence in global markets.
