Fenty Hair Is Coming

Rihanna is expanding her billion-dollar beauty empire with the launch of Fenty Hair this month.

The singer and beauty mogul made the announcement via Instagram on Tuesday, 4th June. Alongside a promotional video, Rihanna wrote, “A new family is moving in! @fentyhair is pullin up and it’s time to finally have the hair experience you’ve been waiting for.”

The commercial features Rihanna in her new blonde pixie cut era and embodies the inclusive ethos the Fenty empire is celebrated for. It showcases a diverse range of models with different hair types, textures, and styles, and even gives viewers a sneak peek into the upcoming pastel-packaged product line.

As Rihanna explains, “I’ve had almost every texture, color, length, from weaves to braids to natural – so I am launching a flexible line of products for not only every hair want, but every single product is designed to strengthen and repair all types of hair, which is what we truly need!”

Launched in 2017, Fenty Beauty disrupted the beauty industry by changing outdated beauty standards and offering true inclusivity in its product offerings. If the response to Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin is anything to go by, Fenty Hair is set to be a major success, rivalling that of other new celebrity haircare brands, including Rita Ora’s Typebea, Beyoncé’s Cécred, and, most recently, Brooke Shields’ Commence, which all launched this year.

Fenty Hair launches on 13th June, with early access granted to those who sign up via fentyhair.com.
