Clinique La Prairie Announces New Health Resort in Tri Vananda
Clinique La Prairie has partnered with Montara Hospitality Group to open a new Health Resort at Tri Vananda, the Group’s purpose-built wellness community in Phuket, Thailand.
The Tri Vananda will epitomise luxury wellness with best-in-class facilities primed for multi-generational living. The focus will be on functional and integrative medicine, nutrition, cognitive health, and mindfulness.
Set to launch in 2025, The Clinique La Prairie Health Resort will be the first resort of its kind in Southeast Asia. It will feature extensive medical and wellness facilities aimed at health diagnostics, which are intended to assist residents and guests in achieving longer, healthier, and improved lives through bespoke programs. World class wellness facilities at the Health Resort by Clinique La Prairie will include a medical centre with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment; an active movement centre with an Olympic-size swimming pool; a wellness restaurant for personalized nutrition; a holistic wellbeing centre; and a mindfulness centre housed in the iconic “Manorah” Grand Hall inspired by the local Thai heritage dance performance.
Established in 1931 by Dr Niehans, a pioneer in the field of longevity, Clinique La Prairie is globally celebrated for its holistic and scientifically supported methods to preventative aging. With medical care as a core pillar of its holistic approach, Clinique La Prairie combines medical testing, expert consultations, and medical therapies in all its programs, offering tailored care, science-driven treatments, and long-term support to its clientele.
“Clinique La Prairie’s longstanding expertise in longevity and their innovative approach makes them the ideal partner to achieve and realize our vision of establishing Tri Vananda as the gold standard for wellness hospitality in Asia,” said Kittisak Pattamasaevi, CEO of Montara Hospitality Group. “We recognize that there is a global stress epidemic at hand, and the negative effects it has on our individual health and wellbeing, and as a global community. Tri Vananda will be a place for people of all ages to heal, grow and learn.”
Tri Vananda will boast 298 villas spread across a lush hillside landscape peppered with lakes and expansive gardens, just 20 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The development, covering more than 230 acres, prioritises low-density living and is committed to sustainable practices with goals of achieving net-zero emissions and LEED certification. The site will include a tiered wetland filtration system with a botanical garden for water collection and purification; an organic, toxin-free farm to supply the onsite restaurants; nature trails; and renewable energy facilities including floating solar panels on the lakes.
“Thailand has a longstanding reputation for its world-class holistic wellness and health retreats. Our partnership with Montara Hospitality Group at Tri Vananda allows us to offer something new for a discerning clientele to experience, redefining the luxury wellness industry in Asia.” said Simone Gibertoni, CEO of Clinique La Prairie.
Montara is investing more than THB 6,600 million (£149.2 million) in the development of Tri Vananda, aiming to establish it as Asia’s largest and most comprehensive wellness residential community.
