Introducing Dussl

Fresh out of Scotland, Dussl is a new gender-neutral skincare brand with a mission to protect all skin types from the harmful effects of UV exposure, pollution, and blue light.

The brand was founded by Fraser Wilson who, born from his own frustrations with traditional sunscreen products, was driven to create everyday skincare essentials that are multitasking and offer high-performance UV protection. He wanted to create a simplified skincare routine for busy people who want a pared-back beauty or grooming routine — one that targets the leading causes of premature ageing, wrinkles, and skin damage.

“The world of skincare is overcomplicated, so I wanted to simplify things,” explained Wilson. “So we have done the hard work of identifying great ingredients for the skin, and have packed these into each Dussl product; this means that customers don’t have to apply multiple creams for great skin.”

Dussl aims to challenge the widespread misconception that sunscreen is only necessary in spring and summer by educating consumers on the importance of daily UV protection year-round – even on cloudy days. To support this message, Dussl offers a comprehensive range designed for consistent, year-round use. The line-up includes the Daily Hydrating Cleanser, Daily AM Energising Serum, Daily PM Calming Serum, Daily Protection Moisturiser SPF 50, Natural Mineral Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50, Calming After Sun Gel, and Lip Protection Oil SPF 25.

The Daily AM Energising Serum is formulated with botanicals, antioxidants, and advanced protective ingredients such as niacinamide, ashwagandha, and enantia chlorantha bark extract. It works to hydrate, brighten, and energise the skin while defending against aggressors like pollution, blue light, and free radicals.

Designed to work overnight, the Daily PM Calming Serum features ceramide and probiotic complexes, oat beta-glucan extract, and sodium hyaluronate to soothe, repair, and nourish the skin.

For broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection, the Daily Protection Moisturiser SPF 50 delivers a matte, invisible finish and combines niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and blue light stem cell technology to hydrate, brighten, and shield the skin.

The Lip Protection Oil SPF 25 is a lightweight, watermelon-flavoured lip treatment that offers broad-spectrum UVA and UVB coverage. Infused with lycopene, vitamin E, sunflower seed oil, and avobenzone, it works to protect, hydrate, and soften the lips.

All Dussl products are designed to be fast-absorbing, invisible, and non-greasy. They are made with sustainable ingredients suitable for all skin types, and each formula is vegan, cruelty-free, non-comedogenic, dermatologically tested, and free from parabens and sulphates. Products are manufactured in the UK and EU and packaged using recyclable materials.
