Megan Fox Steps Into Her Professor Era
Megan Fox is stepping into a fresh role, and this time, it comes with a syllabus. In partnership with Dr. Squatch, the actress stars as Professor Fox, head of the Foundation for Odor Excellence. Her mission? A six-part crash course designed to rescue the public from some truly questionable underarm decisions.
“There are a lot of smelly, low-performing sticks out there, and what’s inside them is even worse: synthetic ingredients that have no business being on a human body,” says Fox. “The good news is that Dr. Squatch’s deodorant is made with over 98% natural ingredients, and built around scents worth bragging about, so you can finally let your stick do the talking – bonus points if it’s the new Coastal Mist Invisible Glide deodorant. They’ve done the work, now all you need to do is show up to class.”
The digital curriculum, available across the brand’s social channels, features Professor Fox tackling essential topics like Manliness 101 (a breakdown of why real men pay attention to what they put on their pits), Not in the Mood (a deep dive into why bad scents ruin everything), and The Glide Test (because nobody asked for deodorant stains).
“The men’s deodorant aisle has been coasting for decades, and guys have been paying the price with unnatural, synthetic ingredients, and scents reminiscent of a 2004 middle school locker room,” says John Ludeke, Chief Brand Officer at Dr. Squatch. “Dr. Squatch was built to fix the product gap with natural ingredients and formulas & formats that actually perform, and who better to get men to listen than Megan Fox?”
To support the series, Dr. Squatch is rolling out two new deodorant formats: Invisible Glide and a Spray Deodorant. Invisible Glide is aluminium-free and goes on clear (goodbye, white marks on black tees), while the Spray Deodorant delivers up to 72 hours of odour protection in a butane-free, 360-degree mist that dries almost instantly.
Dr. Squatch deodorants are available at Boots and Amazon in the UK, and at Target and CVS in the US.
